FEEDBACK - RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS Here are a few of the many comments I have received over the last few years. Providing an honest, friendly and professional service is of great importance to me. I also have many Corporate businesses that I work for, click here to read some of their feedback. Alan was due to arrive between 10.00 & 11.00 am, he sent me a text at 9.45 confirming arrival at 10.00am. I am very pleased with the work carried out and with his helpful advice. Michaela in arranging the appointment and promptly replying to my email on costs also deserves a mention. A great team, no hesitation in recommending them. All the best Mike Dempsey - Nov 2010 I called yesterday afternoon having been told by BT themselves that their costs for installing a couple on extension sockets were "extortionate" and that I would be waiting at least 3 weeks for an engineer. I write this at 6:20 pm with the job done by Alan to a thoroughly professional standard. Bearing in mind that we are under 6 inches of snow, I cannot fault Alan's work, commitment or willingness to help out. He managed to hide all the wires so much better than I could have done or imagined. Although more expensive than doing it myself (which was my initial plan), it was money well spent. Thanks. Although I was held up for our appointment, the engineer (or Alan) waited for me without complaint, and proceeded to carry out a thoroughly professional job in a friendly, polite and courteous manner.
